Back in 2013, JDS Labs had a series of technically remarkable audio products without a brand to match.
Beginning with a website and brand identity development, I worked with JDS to define a visual identity that better connected with a passionate, masculine, and technical consumer base. JDS takes an objective approach to audio, engineering products that faithfully produce sound without bias. From this mission the tagline "Sound as Science" was born, driving a brand and sales that grew 26% the year following their rebrand.
